Q: How long will it take to receive my order?

 

We ship all international orders via DHL Express.

- For non-embroidered items, delivery takes 5–7 business days.

- For embroidered items, please allow an additional 2 weeks for production. We take extra care to ensure every detail meets our quality standard - and that you get what you want.

Q: Do I need to pay for shipping, tax or duties?

 

No - we cover all taxes and duties. 

 

Your order arrives hassle-free with no hidden fees. All scrubs ship directly from Thailand, and we handle customs clearance for you — because your convenience matters to us.

Returns & Exchanges

Q: Can I return or exchange my order?


We want you to love what you wear.

 

- Non-embroidered items can be exchanged for a different size, as long as they are unworn and unwashed.

- Defective products can be returned or refunded — please contact us with details and photos so we can help.

- Embroidered items and bulk orders are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

Embroidery

Q: What languages do you support for embroidery?
 

We currently offer embroidery in English, Chinese, and Thai. Simply enter your preferred text or characters when placing your order - our team will take care of the rest with precision and care. Please allow an additional 2 weeks for embroidery production. 

 

If your Chinese text includes rare characters or complex strokes, please contact us first to ensure the best embroidery result as embroidered items cannot be returned or refunded. 

Q: Can I make changes to my embroidery after placing the order?


Once your embroidery order is confirmed, it can’t be changed or canceled - so please double-check your spelling and details before checkout.

Pricing & Payment

Q: Are there any hidden fees?


Nope — what you see is what you pay. All taxes, shipping, and duties are included in the price.

Q: How do I pay? 


We accept credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay. Please understand that we do not accept cash on delivery at this time.
