Yes. Very straightforward. We offer logo and text embroidery. Just send us your logo file (AI, EPS, or JPG) and text and we’ll stitch it onto scrubs, jackets, and more.

Delivery time varies depending on stock, quantity of your order, and embroidery requirements.

Generally, items in stock will arrive within 14 business days. Ordering an embroidery will take about 14 business days (excluding weekends and holidays in Thailand). Since it is challenging to speed up the customized embroidery process, we hope you will place your order early if you wish to order the service.

All our scurbs are shipped directly from Thailand, and customs clearance is conducted following the regulations of the General Administration of Customs of the Ministry of Finance in your country.

We do not collect customs duties, which must be paid by the customer upon receipt of the goods. The tax rate varies depending on the merchandise. If you have any questions, please contact the customs authorities in your country. If customs duty is a factor, returns and refunds are not available.

We will use a customs clearance service for international shipments and will provide you with a quote before we charge you. Shipping costs differ for air and sea shipments.
