These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and GQ regarding the Site. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. GQ’s failure to enforce any right or provision shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision. No agency, partnership, or joint venture is created by your use of this Site.
